My name has legally changed. How can I change my name on my accounts?

To change your name, all signers on the account will need to visit any Golden 1 branch, or you may call our Member Service Contact Center at 1-877-Golden 1 (1-877-465-3361). You will need to bring proof of the legal name change by providing a driver’s license, marriage certificate, or court documents.
