You can notify us you filed for bankruptcy protection by contacting the Member Services Department at 1-888-908-8933 or TDD 1-866-352-3684, or by email at dispo@yourmortgageonline.com. Please include your loan number, your name, property address, bankruptcy chapter and case number.
