What should I do about missing checkbooks?

Please report missing checks immediately to our Member Service Center at 1-877-465-3361. A stop payment will be placed on the entire series of missing checks after you submit a stop payment form. A fee of $25 per item will be assessed for the stop payment, depending on the type of stop payment request.
