Am I required to have an escrow account for my Golden 1 First Mortgage loan?

The terms and conditions of your loan may require an escrow account. If your loan is approved and closed with an escrow account, you may be required to maintain the escrow account for the life of the loan. Please review your loan documents to determine whether you qualify for an escrow account closure.
