Yes, there are a number of ways to dispute a charge. Click to expand each section for detailed instructions.
Online Banking
- Log into Online Banking.
- From the home page, click the account for which you would like to submit the fraud claim.
- On the Account Details page, click on the transaction you’d like to dispute.
- Select Dispute Transaction.
Mobile Banking
- Log into Mobile Banking.
- From the home screen, tap the account for which you would like to submit the fraud claim.
- Tap the transaction you’d like to dispute.
- Scroll down and tap Dispute transaction at the bottom of the page.
