Online Banking
  1. Log into Online Banking.  
  2. From the home page, click the account for which you would like to submit the fraud claim. 
  3. On the Account Details page, click on the transaction you’d like to dispute. 
  4. Select Dispute Transaction
Mobile Banking
  1. Log into Mobile Banking.
  2. From the home screen, tap the account for which you would like to submit the fraud claim. 
  3. Tap the transaction you’d like to dispute.
  4. Scroll down and tap Dispute transaction at the bottom of the page.
