Forgot Online Banking Security Question

If you have forgotten the answer to your security question or your account has been locked due to answering the question incorrectly, you must contact the Member Services Contact Center during their business hours at 1 (877) GOLDEN 1 / 1 (877) 465‑3361 to get your account unlocked.

Once your account has been unlocked and Member Services has assisted you in logging in, you can change the answer to your security questions by following these steps.

  1. Log into Online Banking.
  2. Click Settings in the upper right.
  3. Click Security Center to expand the option, then select Security Questions.
    Note: You may be prompted to provide a security code sent to your phone or email.
  4. Select the security questions you would like on your account and provide answers to them, then click Save.
