How can I change my loan payment due date?

You can change your payment due date within the same month on all closed-end loans. Payment due dates available are the 1st, 5th, 10th, 15th, 20th or 25th of the month. Please note that Line of Credit due dates are the 5th of the month and cannot be changed.

To change your loan payment due date you can send us a secure message in Online Banking, call our Member Service Contact Center at 1-877 GOLDEN 1 (1-877-465-3361), visit any branch or by mail. Anyone on the loan can make the request.

If you choose to submit the request via mail, please print the Revision Agreement form, sign it and mail the signed form to the address below.
