How can I change my Out of Band Authentication phone number when logging in for the first time?

When logging into your account for the first time, updating your Out of Band Authentication phone number is disabled. Please contact our Member Service Contact Center at 1-877-465-3361 for assistance.

After successfully logging in and setting up your account, future phone number changes may be done under Settings.
