How can I change my Out of Band Authentication phone number when logging in for the first time?

When logging into your account for the first time, the option to update your out-of-band authentication phone number is disabled. Please contact our Member Service Contact Center at 1-877-465-3361 for assistance.

After successfully logging in and setting up your account, future phone number changes may be done by following the instructions below:

  1. In the top menu bar, click your name, then click My Profile.
     
  2. Click Security, then select Update Verification Method.
     
  3. For your security, we’ll send you a one-time passcode. This can take up to 10 minutes. Enter the code and click Next.
  4. Select the verification method you would like to update.
  5. Click the pencil icon to edit, enter the new phone number, and click Add Phone.
