How can I check the status of my fraud claim?

There are several ways to check the status of a fraud claim associated with your account. Click to expand each section for detailed instructions.

Online Banking
  1. Log into Online Banking.
  2. On the Account Summary page, select the account the fraud claim was submitted for.
  3. Once on the Account Details page, click Manage Account, then select View dispute status.
  4. If you have multiple claims on file, the most recent will be displayed. You can toggle to earlier claims.
Mobile Banking
  1. Log into Mobile Banking.
  2. Select the account the fraud claim was submitted for.
  3. On the Account Details screen, tap Manage Account, then select View dispute status.
  4. If you have multiple claims on file, the most recent will be displayed. You can toggle to earlier claims.
