How can I check the status of my fraud claim?

There are several ways to check the status of a fraud claim associated with your account. Click to expand each section for detailed instructions.
Online Banking
- Log into Online Banking.
- On the Account Summary page, select the account the fraud claim was submitted for.
- Once on the Account Details page, click Manage Account, then select View dispute status.
- If you have multiple claims on file, the most recent will be displayed. You can toggle to earlier claims.
Mobile Banking
- Log into Mobile Banking.
- Select the account the fraud claim was submitted for.
- On the Account Details screen, tap Manage Account, then select View dispute status.
- If you have multiple claims on file, the most recent will be displayed. You can toggle to earlier claims.
