How can I delete a member-to-member pending transfer?

From within Online Banking:

  1. Click on the Transfers tab.
  2. Pending transfers will display under Scheduled Transfers.
  3. Click the delete link in the right column.

From within Mobile Banking:

  1. Tap the Transfers & Pay icon, then tap view scheduled transfers.
  2. Select the transfer you wish to delete.
  3. Tap Delete.
