If you are unable to download your account transactions or credit card transactions into Quicken or QuickBooks, you may need to change the way you connect. If you currently use Direct Connect, change to Express Web Connect (or Quicken Connect for Mac).
Alternatively, you can manually download your transactions into Quicken and QuickBooks by logging into Online Banking, clicking on the desired account on the Account details page and then clicking the cloud icon to export transactions.
