How can I get a copy of my statement?

You may obtain a copy of your statement through Online Banking (if enrolled in Online Statements), through the mobile app, by visiting one of our branches, or by contacting the Member Service Contact Center at 1-877-GOLDEN 1 (1-877-465-3361).

To view or start receiving online statements, sign up for Online Banking or sign on to your Online Banking account and click on the Online Statements link in the right column and complete a few easy steps. Once enrolled, you can access your account statements online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and you’ll have the ability to immediately view all of your statements for the past seven years.

To view statements in the mobile app, sign in to the app, and tap Statements & Documents. Please note that statements are only available to be viewed in the app, they cannot be downloaded at this time. To download or print statements please sign on to Online Banking.
