How can I get a copy of my statement?

You may obtain a copy of your statement through Online Banking (if enrolled in Online Statements), through the Mobile Banking app, by visiting one of our branches, or by contacting the Member Service Contact Center at 1-877-GOLDEN 1 (1-877-465-3361).
Online Banking
To enroll in Online Statements:

Sign into your Online Banking account.

Click on the Online Statements link in the right column and complete a few easy steps.
Once enrolled, you can access your account statements online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and you’ll have the ability to immediately view all of your statements for the past seven years.
Mobile Banking
To view statements through the Mobile Banking app:

Sign into the app.

Tap Statements & Documents. Note that statements are only available to be viewed in the app, they cannot be downloaded at this time.
To download or print statements, use Online Banking.
