How can I sign up for automatic loan payments from an account at another financial institution?

To set up recurring loan payments from an account at another financial institution, please complete the Debit Origination Authorization (DBO) Form authorizing the recurring payments. Return the completed form to any Golden 1 branch or mail it to the address below.
