How can I view and manage my Account Details?

You can view your Account Details through online or mobile banking. Click to expand each section for detailed instructions.
Online Banking
Viewing Account Details
- Log in to Online Banking.
- To view an account, select from the list on the Accounts Overview page.
- After clicking on an account, you will be taken to the Account Details page. Here you can view your account balance, recent activity, manage the account, access details, or view documents. If you have a certificate, you can click Certificate Management to make adjustments.
- Clicking on the account name will allow you to switch between accounts.
- Clicking the eye icon will allow you to see your full account number.
Manage Accounts
Select Manage Accounts to rename the account, stop a payment, manage cards, order checks, update a direct deposit, or toggle inclusion in your budget.
My Documents
Click My Documents to see all documents associated with your accounts. Statements, tax forms, and notices can be found here.
Transactions
Recent transactions also appear on Account Details. View transaction details by selecting the transaction from the list, you can view amount, category, memo, and more. The tools listed below can help you locate and filter transactions.
- Search Bar: You can search for a specific transaction by using the search bar.
- Filter & Sort: The filter icon allows you to filter by date, type, amount, or check number.
- Download: You can export your transaction details by using the download button. You can select your export format, the kind of data you want, and define a custom date range.
Mobile Banking
Viewing Account Details
- Log in to the Mobile Banking app.
- To view an account, tap one from the list on your dashboard.
- After selecting an account, you will be taken to the Account Details. Here you can view your account balance, recent activity, manage the account, access details, or view documents.
- You can change the account you are viewing by clicking the account name at the top of the screen.
Manage Accounts
Tap Manage Accounts to rename the account, stop a payment, manage cards, order checks, update a direct deposit, or toggle inclusion in your budget.
Account Information
Tap Account Information to confirm account specifics. You can view details including the full account number, type, and status.
View Documents
Tap View Documents to see all documents associated with your accounts. Statements, tax forms, and notices can be found here.

Recent transactions also appear on Account Details. View transaction details by selecting the transaction from the list, you can view amount, category, memo, and more. The tools listed below can help you locate and filter transactions.
- Magnifying Glass: You can search for a specific transaction by using the magnifying glass.
- Filter Icon: The filter icon allows you to filter by date, type, amount, or check number.
- Ellipses: The three dots are the Transactions Actions menu, here you can toggle the running balance or start an export of your transaction history.
