How can I view and setup alerts?

Alerts provide important notifications to members and can be viewed and setup in Online Banking and the Mobile Banking app. Alerts can help you stay informed about balance updates, fee notices, changes to your account access, and more. Click to expand each section for detailed instructions.
Online Banking
Viewing Alerts
1. Click on Alerts from the top menu. The alerts inbox displays new and past alerts in a list.
2. Select an alert from the list to view it. You can use the search bar and filter option to narrow results.
Setting Up Alerts
1. Click on your profile drop-down menu located near the top right of the screen, then select Alerts Settings.
2. On the Alerts Settings screen, use Alert Tools to create a custom alert, manage contact preferences, or set quiet time.
3. Select Create a custom alert, select the alert category and click Next.
To manager how and when you receive alerts, select Manager contact preferences.
On Manage contact preferences, choose how you want to receive alerts across all categories. After you have made your selection, click the Apply to all button.
Once you have selected your alert option, follow the prompts to complete the setup, then click Submit.
Adjusting Alerts
1. On the Alerts Settings screen, select a category (Accounts, Money Movement, Security, or Financial Wellness) to adjust those alerts.
2. After selecting the appropriate category, use the toggle button to turn alerts off/on or use the pencil icon to edit an alert.
Mobile Banking
Viewing Alerts
1. From My accounts, tap the envelope icon in the top right top open Alerts and Messages.
2. Tap on Alerts.
3. Tap on the alert you would like to view. You can use the search bar and filter to narrow the results.
Setting Up Alerts
1. From My accounts, tap the envelope icon in the top right top open Alerts and Messages.
2. Tap on Manage Alerts.
3. Tap on Alerts Quick Actions.
4. Tap on Create a custom alert.
5. Select the alert category and click Next.
6. Choose the account the alert applies to, set thresholds/conditions, and choose how you would like to receive the alert. When you are finished, tap Submit.
Adjusting Alerts
1. From My accounts, tap the envelope icon in the top right top open Alerts and Messages.
2. Tap on Manage Alerts.
3. Alerts are grouped by category: Accounts, Money, Security, and Financial Wellness. Tap on the category to view alerts setup for each.
4. After selecting the appropriate category, use the toggle button to turn alerts off/on or use the pencil icon to edit an alert.
