How do I add a Power of Attorney to my account?

»

You will need to provide an original notarized Power of Attorney ([~POA]) document. The document will need to authorize your attorney-in-fact to perform the types of transactions you are requesting. More specifically, the documents must state the power to perform banking or financial transactions.

Additionally, your attorney-in-fact will need to complete an attorney-in-fact form when requesting to add the POA to the account and a Declaration of attorney-in-fact will need to be completed with each transaction performed.
