How do I add a Power of Attorney to my account?

»

You will need to provide an original notarized Power of Attorney (POA) document. The document will need to authorize your Attorney In Fact to perform the types of transactions you are requesting. More specifically, the documents must state the power to perform banking or financial transactions.

Additionally, your Attorney In Fact will need to complete an Attorney In Fact form when requesting to add the POA to the account and a Declaration of Attorney In Fact will need to be completed with each transaction performed.
