How do I close my certificate?

Your certificate automatically renews at maturity for your convenience. If you do not wish to renew your certificate you may submit a request through a secure message in Online Banking to close your account, submit a written request by mail, visit any branch, or call our Member Service Contact Center at 1-877-GOLDEN 1 (1-877-465-3361). We're also happy to review other account options that may better fit your needs at this time.
