How do I initiate a recast process on my Golden 1 First Mortgage loan?

You can initiate the process by doing one of the following:

1.  By contacting the Member Services Department at 1-888-908-8933 or TDD 1-866-352-3684.
2.  Log into www.golden1.com, click on “Mortgage” then click on “Secure Message Center” and send a secured message.

You will need to provide your loan number and the amount of the lump-sum payment.
