How do I manage my cards in Online and Mobile Banking?

Golden 1 makes it easy to manage your debit and credit cards through Online Banking and the Golden 1 Mobile app. You can view your cards, set controls, manage travel plans, and take action if your card is lost or stolen — all in one place.

Using card management tools, you can:

  • Turn your card on or off if it’s misplaced
  • Set card controls and alerts to help manage spending and prevent fraud
  • Add or update travel notifications
  • Report a lost or stolen card
  • Request a replacement card
  • Set or change your PIN

Manage Cards in Online Banking:

  1. Sign into Online Banking.
  2. Click Manage Cards.
  3. Select the appropriate card from the Switch or Add Card drop-down.
  4. Click Controls & Alerts under Manage Card.
  5. Click Controls and select the type of card controls you want to set.

Manage Cards in Mobile Banking:

  1. Sign into the Mobile Banking app.
  2. Tap I want to from the bottom tray, then tap Mange my cards.
  3. Swipe to select the appropriate card.
  4. Tap Controls & Alerts under Manage Card.
  5. Tap Controls and select the type of card controls you want to set.
Note: If you are trying to turn your card on or off, use the toggle under the card name in either Online or Mobile Banking.
