How do I manage my cards in Online and Mobile Banking?

To access card management features, such as card controls and travel alerts. Click to expand each section for detailed instructions.: 

Online Banking
  1. Log into Online Banking.
  2. Click Self Service in the menu bar.


  3. Select My Cards. Here you can lock or unlock a card instantly, add a travel notification to keep the card active while you are away, and more.


  4. Select the appropriate card from the Switch or Add Card dropdown.
  5. Select the service you would like:
    • Controls & Alerts
    • Manage Travel Plans
    • Report Lost or Stolen
    • Replace Card
    • Set PIN
Mobile Banking
  1. Log in to the Mobile Banking app.
  2. Tap I want to from the menu tray at the bottom.
  3. Tap Manage Cards.
     
  4. Swipe to select the appropriate card.
  5. Select the service you would like:
    • Controls & Alerts
    • Manage Travel Plans
    • Report Lost or Stolen
    • Replace Card
    • Set PIN

If you have not added your card, tap Add Card and scan or enter your card information.
