How do I place a Stop Payment on my Business Account?

If you need to stop payment on a check, select “Stop Check” in Business Online Banking or contact Business Member Support (BMS) at 1-877-909-5656.  

If you need to stop payment on an ACH, please contact BMS at 1-877-909-5656.  

BMS is available Monday – Friday (excluding holidays) 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. PT.
