Here are ways to contact us:
Home Loan Applications
You can send a message to your Home Loan Advisor through our Home Loans app.
Checking or Savings Account Applications
- Click the My Application link at the top of the Checking Accounts page or the Savings Accounts page on golden1.com.
- Enter your last name and email address.
- Once you locate your application you've submitted, click on the message button.
Existing accounts
You can send us a secure message in Online Banking or email us at mbrsvc@golden1.com.
Credit Cards and Loans
You can send a message and check your status through the links through your Online Banking as well as through the links provided to you in your application emails.
You can also call the Consumer Lending Department at 1-800-849-2579.
