How do I submit documentation to be confirmed as a successor in interest for a Golden 1 First Mortgage?

To be considered for a successor in interest of a loan, please provide the following information (as applicable):

• A copy of the borrower's death certificate
• A copy of the borrower's death certificate(s), or divorce decree, legal settlement agreement, or property settlement agreement
• Confirmation of the successor's relationship to the deceased borrower(s)
• A Letter of Administration, Qualification, or Authority confirming the identity of the fiduciary of the estate
• A copy of the will or living will
• A list of all heirs and beneficiaries, with contact information, provided by the fiduciary of the estate
• Your address and contact telephone number
• A copy of your government-issued photo ID
• The probate court name and telephone number (if any)
• A statement indicating your intentions regarding the property
