How to schedule a branch appointment

Online: To schedule an appointment at a Golden 1 branch and click the yellow Make an Appointment button.

 

Mobile: To schedule an appointment within our Mobile Banking app, tap on the More icon on the banner at the bottom of the screen then select Book an appointment from the menu options.

 

Email: You can also send us an email to mbrsvc@golden1.com or call us at 1-877-465-3361 with a brief description of the type of appointment needed, the branch at which you would like the appointment and provide a minimum of three (3) dates and times for the appointment.

 

Appointment requests are processed as received and are subject to branch availability.
