How to set account nicknames?

Nicknames allow members to identify accounts in a way that makes sense to them. Nicknames can be setup through Online Banking and Mobile Banking. Click to expand each section for detailed instructions.

Online Banking
  1. Log in to Online Banking.
  2. From the Account Overview screen click on the account you would like to add a nickname for, this will take you to the Account Details.


  3. Click on Manage Account, here you can add a nickname for your account as well as stop a payment, manage cards, order checks, and more.
Mobile Banking
  1. Log in to Mobile Banking.
  2. Tap Manage Account, here you can add a nickname for your account as well as stop a payment, manage cards, order checks, and more.
