How to set travel notifications

If you’re planning a trip out of town and expect to use your Golden 1 debit or credit card, let us know ahead of time. We can safeguard your account while you’re gone to help ensure your card is not fraudulently used – and alert you immediately if it is.

You can inform us of your travels in one of the following ways:

Mobile Banking

1. Log into the Mobile App.
2. Tap Cards located in the bottom menu bar.
3. Scroll down the page and select Manage Travel Plans.
4. Tap the + icon for Add Travel Plan.
5. Complete the form.
6. Tap Submit.

Online Banking

1. Log into Online Banking.
2. Click Manage Cards located in the bottom menu bar.
3. Select Manage Travel Plans.
4. Click the + icon for Add Travel Plan.
5. Complete the form.
6. Click Submit.
