I am getting a USB/Debugging error message on my Android device. How do I resolve the issue?

If you are getting a USB/Debugging message on your Android devices, this is due to the additional security layer in our new app and is not an error.

To disable USB Debugging on your Android device:

1. Go to Settings.
2. Select System.
3. Select Developer Options.
4. Go to USB Debugging.
5. Toggle to Off.

After the setting has been disabled, hard close the app by swiping up and make sure it is not still running in the background, and then relaunch the app. If you continue to have trouble, please delete the app, perform a hard reset on your phone, download our app, and try again.
