I have an escrow account on my Golden 1 First Mortgage loan, when will Golden1 Credit Union pay property taxes on my behalf?

Taxes are paid prior to the tax delinquency date established by the tax agency in which the property is located. For example, loans in California have secured property taxes paid in March and November.

• Log into www.golden1.com.
• Select Mortgage.
• Click on Statement.
• Click on Notify Me
• Follow instructions to sign up to receive an alert when tax payments are disbursed.
