I received a late notice but made my first mortgage payment at a Golden 1 Branch. Why has it not posted?

There is a delay in getting payments credited if payments are made at a Golden 1 Branch or on Golden 1 online. However, upon receipt, the Mortgage Services Department will “effective date” the payment with the date the payment was received by Golden 1 and will remove if any late charge assessed on the loan.
