I used to get Zelle payments to my account at another bank or using the app, but now I want them to come to my Golden 1 account. How do I change that?

To change your Zelle® enrollment to your Golden 1 account,
- Log in to the Mobile Banking app or Online Banking.
- Navigate to Send Money with Zelle®.
As you continue the enrollment process, you will be notified that your email address or U.S. mobile number is already enrolled with Zelle® and asked if you would like to transfer the Zelle® enrollment to your Golden 1 account. If you select yes, your enrollment with your other bank (or if using the app, your credit or debit card), will be removed and you will be enrolled to use Zelle® with Golden 1.
Alternatively, you can enroll a different email address or U.S. mobile number in the Golden 1 Mobile Banking app or Online Banking.
