Payments can be made in many ways. Below are several convenient options.
Online:
A variety of payment options are available online. Through Online and Mobile Banking, one‑time and recurring payments can be made from your Golden 1 checking account or an external account from another financial institution. For alternative payment options, visit Make a Payment on Golden1.com.
Phone:
You can make a payment by calling the Member Service Contact Center: 1-877-GOLDEN 1 (1-877-465‑3361).
- Monday – Friday: 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Pacific Time
- Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time
- Holiday Schedule
In Person:
Visit your nearest branch, and we will be happy to assist you with making a payment.
Mail Payments and Coupon Books:
Payments may be mailed along with a payment coupon. Payment coupons are provided by Golden 1 for closed end loans only.
If you would like to request a coupon book, you can use one of the following options:
