Make a Loan Payment
Golden 1 offers many ways to pay your loan, including online banking, visiting a branch, automatic transfers, payroll deductions.

Payments can be made securely through Online Banking or the Golden 1 Mobile app or by visiting your local branch and submitting the following forms:
- Automatic transfer of loan payments from your Golden 1 checking account (ATLP)
- Transfer funds/debit origination from an account at another financial institution
You can also make payments by setting up a payroll deduction from your paycheck or by calling the Member Service Contact Center: 1-877-GOLDEN 1 (1-877-465‑3361).
- Monday – Friday: 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Pacific Time
- Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time
- Holiday Schedule
Payments can also be mailed along with a payment coupon. Payment coupons are provided by Golden 1 (closed-end loans only).
