Schedule a branch appointment

You can schedule an appointment in a number of ways. Click to expand each section for detailed instructions.
Online
Visit Golden1.com and click Appointments in the navigation bar.
Follow the instructions to book a location and time convenient for you.
Note: For Notary appointments, select Appointments > Service my Personal Banking > In a Local Branch > Meet with a Notary.
Mobile
Log into the Golden 1 Mobile app, tap the More icon on the banner at the bottom of the screen, then tap Schedule appointment.
Follow the instructions to book a location and time convenient for you.
You can also send us an email at mbrsvc@golden1.com, please include the following:
- A brief description of the type of appointment needed.
- The branch where you would like to meet.
- A minimum of three (3) dates and times that you would be available for the appointment.

- Monday – Friday: 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Pacific Time
- Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time

Need to Cancel a Branch Appointment?
There are a few ways to cancel a branch appointment:
- You can cancel immediately on the appointment confirmation page
- You can cancel via the link provided in the confirmation email
- You can cancel an appointment using the link in the SMS text message
