The ATM took my card, how can I get it back?

For security reasons, we are unable to retrieve cards from most ATMs. If you are a Golden 1 member, please visit your local branch or call our Member Service Contact Center at 1-877-GOLDEN 1 (1-877-465-3361) to order a replacement card. If you are not a Golden 1 member, please contact your financial institution for assistance.
