What can I do if there are errors related to my Golden 1 First Mortgage loan showing on my credit report?

As a data furnisher, the credit union is required to accurately report information. In general, unless an error has occurred, credit bureau adjustments are not done.

If you suspect an error on your credit report regarding your mortgage, please contact the appropriate credit bureau agency for specific resolution information.

Please include your loan number, name, and a copy of your credit report from one of the following credit repositories: TransUnion, Equifax, or Experian. Also include any pertinent documents supporting your dispute. Upon receipt, our mortgage resolution unit will research the dispute and respond within 30 days.
