What if I want to dispute a charge on my Golden 1 credit card statement?

We offer the following options for disputing a charge on your credit card statement:
Online Banking
- From the home page, click the account for which you would like to submit the fraud claim.
- On the Account Details page, click More Actions.
- Select Dispute a Transaction
Mobile Banking
- From the home screen, tap the account for which you would like to submit the fraud claim.
- On the Account Details page, tap the three dots icon at the top right corner and select Dispute a Transaction.

Call our Member Service Contact Center at 1-877-465-3361 to file a claim (Hours of operation: M-F 7:30 am - 6:00 pm PT, Sat-Sun - 9:00 am-5:00 pm).
Branch
File a claim in person at any Golden 1 branch during operating hours.
