What is my Personal Identification Number (PIN) for my ATM or Debit Card?

Your Personal Identification Number (PIN) is what you use at the ATMs to access your account. Golden 1 cannot provide you with your current PIN, and you should never share your PIN with anybody.

If you have forgotten or misplaced your PIN, you will need to create a new one. This can be done either in person at a branch or via our automated phone system.

  1. Call 1-844-576-7257.
  2. You will be prompted to enter the card number, security number on the card, and the last 4 digits of the primary accountholder's SSN before being asked if you would like to change your PIN.
