What is the time frame for processing Golden 1 First Mortgage payments?

Payments are generally processed the same day unless there is a special handling process in place, such as a Loss Mitigation workout in place. In those instances, the payments may be processed within 2 business days; however, there could be a longer delay based on special loan conditions. Please note all payments will be effective dated to the date the payment was received by Golden 1.
