What should I do if I am having trouble logging in to the Mobile app?

If you are having trouble logging in to our Mobile app, please try closing the app, and hard close our app and any other apps that are still open in the background of your phone by swiping up on all open apps. Then relaunch the app.
If you forgot your User ID or password you can reset them by clicking the Log in button at the top of the Golden 1 website and then clicking Forgot User ID and/or Forgot Password.
