If you suspect fraud on your Golden 1 credit card, contact us immediately at 1-800-853-5626.

You can also file a claim at any time through Online or Mobile Banking.

Online Banking

1. Log in to Online Banking.
2. From the home page, click the account for which you would like to submit a fraud claim.
3. On the Account Details page, click More Actions.
4. Select Dispute a Transaction.

Mobile Banking

1. Log in to Mobile Banking.
2. Tap the account for which you would like to submit a fraud claim.
3. On the Account Details page, tap the three dots icon at the top right corner.
4. Select Dispute a Transaction.
