When will I receive a coupon book for my loan?

If you did not sign up for automatic loan payments, you will receive a coupon book approximately one week after your loan is fully processed. If you signed up for automatic loan payments, you will not receive a coupon book.

Coupon books contain a maximum of 60 coupons. For loans with terms greater than 60 months you may request an additional coupon book by calling our Member Service Contact Center at 1-877 GOLDEN 1 (1-877-465-3361) or by visiting any Golden 1 branch.
