When will I receive my loan statements?

For closed-end loans:

If you have a checking account with Golden 1, you will continue to receive monthly statements. Otherwise, you will typically receive quarterly statements.

For open-end loans:

Statements will be mailed monthly after the 11th of the month, but only if you have a balance or have had activity on your account.
