When will I receive notices regarding Adjustable-Rate Mortgage changes?

You will receive the initial Adjustable-Rate Mortgage (ARM) Change Notice between 210 to 240 days prior to the first payment due date at the adjusted rate. This notice will provide an estimated interest rate and payment amount. You will then receive the actual ARM Change Notice at least 30 days prior to the first payment due date at the adjusted rate thereafter.
