Why am I prompted to answer a security question when signing on to Online Banking?

The first time you sign on to Online Banking or when using a different computer, you will be prompted to answer a security question in order to verify your identity. After answering the question correctly, you are given the option for Online Banking to remember your computer. If you are using a trusted computer (e.g., a computer at your home), this option allows Online Banking to recognize your computer in the future, so that it won't prompt you for security questions every time you sign on.
