Why am I prompted to answer a security question when logging in to Online Banking?

The first time you log into Online Banking or when using a different computer, you will be prompted to enter a one-time passcode in order to verify your identity. After entering the code correctly, you’ll be given the option for Online Banking to remember your computer in the future and avoid future security questions.
