Why is my ebill showing as not paid even though I paid it?

If you did not schedule the payment through ebill it will show as unpaid. To schedule payment, select the “Due” bill located within the Payment Center. Once the ebill information opens select “File Bill.” If you have any further questions, or need assistance, please call our Member Service Contact Center at 1-877-GOLDEN 1 (1-877-465-3361).
Online Bill Payment is only available to members 18 and older.
