Why is there a fee for Skip-a-Pay?

Because of demand for Skip-a-Pay to be offered year-round, we had to add an administrative fee for the extra costs associated with continuously processing skipped payments. We want to keep this available for members on an ongoing basis as we know it can be helpful when cash gets tight. Thank you for your understanding.
