How can I delete a member-to-member account?

Member-to-member accounts may be deleted from your account profile. Once the account is deleted, it will no longer appear in the drop-down menu of accounts to transfer to. However, pending member-to-member transfers will still process, unless they are deleted within the Transfer Center.

To delete a member-to-member account:

  1. Sign on to Online Banking, then click Self Services.
  2. Select Manage Account Preferences.
  3. Click the trash can icon next to the member-to-member account you would like to delete.
