How can I download account transactions or credit card transactions into Quicken or QuickBooks?

If you are unable to download your account transactions or credit card transactions into Quicken or QuickBooks, you may need to change the method you use to connect. If you currently use Direct Connect, change to Express Web Connect (or Quicken Connect for Mac).

As an alternative, you can still manually download your transactions into Quicken and QuickBooks by signing in to Online Banking, clicking on the desired account, on the Account details page click More Actions and select Export transactions.
