Update Your Contact Information

You can update your contact information such as address, phone number, or email in one of the following ways:

Online Banking

1. Sign in to Online Banking.
2. Select Settings on the top right corner.
3. Click Profile
4. Select the item (e.g., address, phone number, email) you want to update.

For your security, you will be asked to answer one of your security questions before making any updates.

International Address

Send us a secured message through Online Banking listing the international address.

Visit any Golden 1 branch

To update your address in person, please bring a valid photo ID. Changes may take up to two business days to appear on your account.
