Change my Golden 1 Mobile app password

If you forgot your password, and you would like to reset it:

  1. Click "Trouble logging in?" on the Mobile Banking app launch screen.
  2. Enter your User ID, date of birth, and answer your security question.
  3. For additional security, a verification code will be sent to you. Enter the verification code and continue to reset your password.
    • Passwords must contain 9-32 characters, including one letter and one number.
    • Must contain one of the following special characters: , # @ : ! ? ( ) $ / \
    • Spaces are not allowed.
    • Password is case-sensitive.

Please allow up to ten minutes for the verification code to be delivered.

If you know your password, but you want to change it:

  1. Sign into the Mobile Banking app.
  2. Tap the More icon.
  3. Tap Change Password.
  4. Enter the updated password information.
    • Passwords must contain 9-32 characters, including one letter and one number.
    • Must contain one of the following special characters: , # @ : ! ? ( ) $ / \
    • Spaces are not allowed.
    • Password is case-sensitive.
  5. Click Update.
