Can I transfer money from my Golden 1 account into another person's Golden 1 account?

1. Log in to Online Banking.
2. Click the Messages link in the top-right menu bar.
3. Click Compose New Message.
4. In the Subject drop-down list, select Funds Transfer/Cross Account Transfer Inquiry.
5. In the Message box, include the following information:
   • Your account number from which you want to transfer funds.
   • The name of the person to whom you’re sending the money.
   • To Account Number: The Golden 1 account number to which you want to transfer funds.
6. Click Send in the bottom right.

Within one business day, you will receive a message from our Member Service Contact Center confirming the accounts have been linked. Once the accounts have been linked, you can transfer money through the Transfers menu. 1. After logging into the Mobile app, tap the 3 dots in the upper right corner.
2. Tap Secure Messages.
3. You will be redirected to a browser window.
4. Select New Message.
5. In the Subject drop-down list, select Funds Transfer/Cross Account Transfer Inquiry.

   • The name of the person to whom you’re sending the money.

7. Tap Send at the bottom.
