What is Golden 1's External Transfer service?

Through Online Banking and the Golden 1 Mobile app you can transfer funds to and from your accounts at other financial institutions. Click to expand each section for detailed instructions on how to transfer money to an external account.
Online Banking
- Log into Online Banking.
- Select Transfers from the top menu then click Add a transfer account.
- In the Select a type box click An external account I own. In the Select a transfer method box click Bank account information.
- Enter the name, routing number, financial institution, account type, and account number. Click Save.
- Once validated, you can transfer funds at any time. Click Transfers. On the Transfer Money page, select the To and From accounts, enter the amount, select the transfer date, and click Review.
- Once you have reviewed and confirmed the transfer details on the Review & Confirm page, click Submit.
Mobile App
- Log into Mobile Banking.
- Tap Transfers in the bottom toolbar, then tap Transfer Accounts.
- Tap Transfer Account Actions then tap Add a transfer account.
- In the Select a type box tap An external account I own. In the Select a transfer method box, tap Bank account information.
- Tap Next.
- Enter the name, routing number, financial institution, account type, and account number. Tap Save.
- Once validated, you can transfer funds at any time. Tap Transfers then tap Transfer Money. On the Transfer Money page, select the To and From accounts, enter the amount, select the transfer date, and tap Review.
- Once you have reviewed and confirmed the transfer details on the Review & Confirm page, tap Submit.
